Hmmm....Alpha course today was great! Saw a new face today, this guy Richard, aged 65, remarried. Funny thing about him is that he is a Muslim after he remarried, and he is here to know more about God. The discussion topic for today was when and how should I read the Bible. And during the discussion he was sharing all about he is life story with no relation to the topic...

I was like X( spare me...

Dad was like very ill today that he cannot attend the alpha course today. He has gastric flu and bad diahorrea. Pls pray for him if you guys read this. Wish him a speedy recovery so that he can come next week.

Was hesitating to go to fitness 1st paragon gym today. At last I went after having my dinner =). I didn't expect it to be SO big! and SO empty at that time. I didn' t have to wait for any of the machines at all. I did my usual threadmill, and I noticed that you can plug in your own headset and watch TV. There are TWICE the number of machines they have in capitol towers. Not mentioning I love the steam room.

After that I went to borders, saw this calendar for IQ quizzes. Maybe I get that for next year.

Dad's(ex-pharmasist) leg was bleeding today, and he doesn't know how to stop it...geez, had to consult my ex-nurse mum and ex-1st aider me.

For those who dunno how to stop bleeding, here are the steps

1) wash the wound
2) wipe around the area, NOT on the wound
3) apply pressure for abt 30s on the wound using a cotton gauze or tissue if you dont have
4) use plaster or cotton gauze + first aid tape to secure the gauze in place
OR
4)An alternative is to use gentian violet, which would simulate the blood clot to prevent excessive bleeding.

Eat more vitamin C to heal your wounds faster =)
